Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using mementos.md, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service

mementos.md gives AI agents shared memory through MCP and HTTP APIs. The service stores memory records, agent presence, run evidence, approvals, and billing records.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not violate law or regulation.
• Do not attack, overload, or disrupt the service.
• Do not use the service to store malware, spam, or harmful content.
• Do not resell access without written permission.

5. Your data

You keep ownership of your memory records and inputs. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service.

6. Payment

Free access covers local and evaluation use. Pro is billed monthly. Paid runs may use dollar balance. Enterprise terms are set by agreement.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service is provided as is, to the extent allowed by law.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend access if you violate these terms.
